Elizabeth Harder has over ten years of experience with stock option valuation, financial reporting and compliance for equity compensation plans, and development of compliance software. As a former executive with Equity Methods, an industry-leading equity consulting and research firm, she led the equity consulting team and oversaw the firm’s software research and development endeavors for both internal initiatives and strategic partner products. She has significant experience working directly with financial professionals to resolve the complex accounting and reporting issues pertaining to SFAS 123 and 123R, and related regulations. Elizabeth holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
Blake Henry joined Frontera with more than two decades of information technology and software development experience, including work on the equity compensation industry’s leading stock plan management and reporting software. While leading Silver Management, a company he founded in 1991, Blake has personally managed numerous consulting engagements – primarily with large investment services organizations – and has overseen development and deployment of several enterprise-scale brokerage processing applications. Prior to founding Silver, Blake was employed by IBM Corporation and CACI Field Services. Blake earned his B.S. in Economics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Josh Nabozny brings to Frontera over twenty years of leadership experience within global financial institutions, financial software and technology product vendors, management consulting firms, and R&D laboratories. While serving as Chief Technology Officer with a number of leading financial organizations, Josh aligned IT initiatives and architectures with business strategies, enhanced client experiences, developed precedent setting capital markets, trading and retail brokerage applications, reduced operating costs, and provided systems stability and availability. Josh was also a Board Member of the School of Technology Management Masters of Information Management program at Stevens Institute of Technology. Josh studied computer science at Brooklyn College and New York University.
Tom Roberts spent six years running the Corporate Services organization at E*TRADE Financial, including the reinvention of the company’s employee stock plan services organization and its Equity Edge administration platform. Prior to E*TRADE, Tom was a senior executive at DST Systems (NYSE: DST), a financial technology and services firm serving the mutual fund and other demanding markets. Tom also previously held investment banking positions and earned his MBA at Columbia University.
